Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and your data will be safely stored for 90 days in case you want to reactivate.

We offer prorated refunds within 30 days if you're not satisfied with ProfitTrakr. Simply contact our support team at support@profit-trackr.com and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

A client is a customer (person or company) who hires you. A job is a specific project you do for that client. For example, "ABC Construction" might be your client, and "Kitchen Renovation" might be a job you do for them. One client can have multiple jobs over time.

When adding expenses, choose the appropriate category (Materials, Labor, Equipment, etc.) and mark them as "Tax Deductible" if they qualify as business expenses. ProfitTrakr automatically organizes your expenses into IRS Schedule C categories. Always upload receipt photos as backup documentation.

Yes! ProfitTrakr includes professional invoice generation. You can create invoices with multiple line items, add your company logo, set payment terms, and either email them directly to clients or download PDFs. Invoices can even include online payment links for client convenience.

ProfitTrakr works with all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.

You can upload image files (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and PDF documents. The maximum file size is 10MB per receipt. We recommend taking clear, well-lit photos of your receipts for the best results.

ProfitTrakr doesn't prepare your taxes, but it makes tax preparation much easier. We organize all your business income and expenses into IRS categories, generate Schedule C summaries, and provide detailed reports that you or your accountant can use for tax filing.

Currently, each ProfitTrakr account tracks one business. If you have multiple businesses, you would need separate accounts for each. We're considering multi-business features for the future based on user demand.

You can export your data in multiple formats. Go to Reports to download PDF summaries, or use the data export feature in Settings to download CSV files. Your accountant will appreciate the organized, categorized data that's ready for tax preparation.

A dedicated mobile app is coming soon! For now, ProfitTrakr works perfectly in your phone's web browser. The website is fully mobile-optimized, so you can track expenses, upload receipts, and manage jobs from anywhere.

You need an internet connection to use ProfitTrakr. However, you can take receipt photos offline and upload them later when you have internet. Offline functionality is planned for the upcoming mobile app.

On iPhone: Open Safari, go to profit-trackr.com, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android: Open Chrome, go to profit-trackr.com, tap the menu (three dots), then "Add to Home screen". This creates an app-like shortcut for quick access.
