By accessing and using ProfitTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

ProfitTrackr provides financial tracking and management tools specifically designed for contractors and small business owners. Our Service includes:

• Job and project tracking
• Expense and income management
• Invoice generation
• Tax report preparation
• Profit/loss analytics
• Mobile application access

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your business data. We only use your data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Service: ProfitTrackr retains all rights to our software, design, and intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to Service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, AWS, etc.)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ProfitTrackr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may download your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise required by applicable law.
